• Farewell to our first Editor-in-Chief

  With great sadness, we inform you that one of the founders of our journal, its first Editor-in-Chief and current research integrity editor, Ivica Kuzmanić, passed away unexpectedly on March 19, 2023. At the Faculty of Maritime Studies in Split, a commemoration was held on Thursday, March 23, 2023. The list of his works and papers is available on: CROSBI, Google Scholar, Scopus, and WoS.

• ToMS indexed with Scopus and WoS

  Six months after indexation in Scopus, Transactions on Maritime Science has now been indexed with Web of Science databases. The evaluation process at WoS ESCI lasted 18 months. Decisions on further advancement of the journal might take place in 2018.

  Journal TOMS was invited to the 30th birthday of the European Association of Science Editors-EASE in Tallinn 8-10 June 2012. On that occasion, TOMS had its second public presentation.

• Presentation of Vol.1 No.1 Issue of ToMS Journal

  The Institute for Scientific and Artistic Work of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts in Split and the Faculty of Maritime Studies in Split presented the 1st issue of the international scientific journal Transactions on Maritime Science - ToMS published by the Faculty of Maritime Studies in Split. The presentation was took place in the premises of the Institute in Split, Trg braće Radića 7 (Milesi Palace) on April 23, 2012 (Monday) at 7:00 p.m.
